Permanent, Hours of work: 37 hours per week x 39 weeks per year (Term time plus one week)

Salary/Grade: Grade C scale pt 5 – 7 £24,790 – £25,584 fte, per annum, Actual salary £21,378 - £22,063 per annum.

Job Start Date: ASAP

We are now recruiting for an SEMH Practitioner to support our students across campus with their social, emotional and mental health, including students with recognised needs as well as those with emerging needs. The successful candidate will build strong positive relationships with students enabling them to unpick their barriers to learning and coordinate a response through the graduated approach to facilitate learning and overall positive engagement with school. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with the students they support.
