Salary Range: Grade D SCP 8 - 14 £25,992 to £28,624 (FTE)

Hours of working: Hours are negotiable from 32 - 37 hours per week, term time only (40 weeks) which includes two enrolment days in August

Responsible to: Headteacher

We are recruiting to appoint an exceptional PA who will provide efficient, effective and confidential support to the Headteacher and our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate must be able to form effective relationships with pupils, parents/carers and staff. To succeed the candidate will be a self-motivated, experienced administrator with excellent organisational, time management, IT and literacy skills which they can apply across a wide range of tasks. They should have a friendly, calm and professional manner with the ability to be adaptable and resilient in this busy, but rewarding role.

Role Overview

The Head’s PA provides efficient and confidential administrative assistance to the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Group.

The Head’s PA plays a crucial role in the efficient running of the school and establishes and maintains good relationships with students, parents and carers, staff, visitors and other professionals.

The Head’s PA is responsible for individual projects under the direction of the Headteacher and contributes to the development of the school.
