Site Manager (Plymouth Hub)

Contract: Permanent

Salary/Grade: SC6 to SC7. SCP 18 – 25. Starting salary £29,269 (Pay award Pending)

Hours: 37 hours per week. Monday to Friday, All year around

St Christopher’s is looking for a Site Manager (Plymouth Hub) who can deliver excellent H&S, Caretaking and Site management to multiple sites. Based in St Matthew Primary School, you will manage the Site Management, maintenance and caretaking needs. In addition, you will undertake caretaking responsibilities at other sites as required. You will be a solution focussed, values-driven individual who is able to communicate well with contractors and staff. You will have a ‘hands on’ approach to maintenance tasks and understand the level of statutory compliance required in the public sector.
