Caretaker

Permanent • Salary NJC Grade D, Point 8-14 (£24,702--£27,334) FTE, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Start date: Wednesday 3rd January 2024

The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated Caretaker to provide a key role in maintaining our school site, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community.

The hours will be spilt shifts, Monday to Friday, during term time with a more flexible approach during the school holidays.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this post. 

In accordance with Part Three ‘Safer Recruitment’ of Keeping Children Safe in
Education statutory guidance, and as part of the due diligence on shortlisted candidates,WeST will conduct an online search.
